For over 10 years, I’ve been fascinated by one question: How can we design learning experiences that create lasting change?

My journey began in teaching and instructional design, where I learned to deconstruct complex topics. But I saw that great content wasn’t enough. My passion grew from just the learning to the entire learning experience – applying the fundamentals of user-centered design and data to create products that don’t just teach, but truly connect and empower.
