I led the end-to-end design and delivery of this learning asset — from analyzing complex internal resources to building a clear curriculum and writing an audience-appropriate script. To keep the custom eLearning process lean and efficient, I created an intuitive project dashboard in ClickUp that allowed asynchronous communication, real-time status tracking, and a shared reference point for all stakeholders.

I also supervised the motion design process, providing visual direction and coordinating feedback rounds using Frame.io to streamline video revisions. Screen recordings were captured using OBS, while collaborative scripting and documentation were managed via Google Suite.
